Personalized One-On-One Coaching
Our Coaches are available for personal training sessions for both CrossFit Bethany members and non-members of various fitness needs and abilities. There are many reasons for choosing Personal Training at CrossFit Bethany. Maybe it has been a while since you’ve worked out and you’d like to work with a Coach who can guide your fitness journey in a more personalized setting. Perhaps you need to increase your speed, agility, power, and overall performance in a particular sport. Or maybe you are a CrossFitter who struggles with achieving a specific CrossFit movement (muscle-up, butterfly or kipping pull-up, overhead snatch, rope climb, double-unders, etc.). Whether you are preparing for a specific event, training for a sport, have pre-existing injuries or mobility limitations, or if you are simply interested in customized programming and increased accountability, we can help.
How To Get Started
- Let’s match you up with the perfect CrossFit Bethany Coach for you. If you have a Coach in mind, great! If not, no problem! When you contact us, we will discuss your options and make sure you are partnered with the Coach that will best meet your needs.
- Begin with an in-person consultation with your Personal Training Coach where you discuss your goals and any timeline you may have for wanting to achieve them (a wedding, a challenge event, a milestone birthday, an upcoming tropical vacation, etc.). Whatever your reason for wanting personal training, this is when you want to let your Coach in on all the details.
- Your Coach will complete an assessment of your physical abilities and identify and clarify opportunity points for improvement. This assessment is necessary for your Coach to be able to create an overall fitness plan that is realistic, that will get you to your goal, and that will keep you safe and healthy in the long run.
- A custom plan for your success created by your Coach will be discussed with you in detail. You will have a clear picture of what we see it will take to get you where you want to be. As your personal training sessions progress, you and your Coach will revisit this plan periodically. Although your Coach is here to guide, instruct, and motivate you, we expect your involvement and feedback along the way. Think of your plan as a framework for success, a place to build from, and a way for you and your Coach to commit to creating a new future for you together. We want you to be part of generating your fitness journey because ultimately, this will only work if you commit to it fully.
Scheduling & Pricing
Sixty-minute personal training sessions are offered seven days/week between 5am – 7:30pm, depending on Coach availability.
$50 per hour
$60 per hour with Coach Tim
