Sports and fitness has been a constant presence in my life. From high school through college, right to the present, physical fitness is a way of life for me.
I discovered Crossfit almost 9 years ago and fell in love with the sport. In addition to CrossFit, I also took on running and triathlons. I’ve done distances from 5ks to marathons, obstacle course races such as Tough Mudder and the Merrell Mud Run Series, endurance events such as Goruck, and all distances of triathlons, including the Chattanooga Ironman.
I am a strong believer in encouraging and helping fellow teammates. Whether it has been volunteering at races, running or bike riding side by side with someone struggling, helping someone learn proper form or finding solutions to athletic problems, I can help because I’ve been there myself.
I believe in not only words of encouragement but by example. If we start together, we will finish together. No one gets left behind.
